This is one of the best (and easiest) fish recipes I love to make. It is so super easy.

Ingredients
1 lbs fresh fish
2 Tsp left over oil from Pariva Rosemary and Garlic
Half a lemon
Salt/Peper to taste
Clean the fresh fish, making sure there are no left over bones. Pat dry with a paper towel. Place in oven proof dish or tin foil.
Stir the left over Pariva Rosemary and Garlic oil making sure you get the left over spices and herbs, scoop out around 2 teaspoons of the oil and drizzle on the fish.
Squeeze the lemon over the fish making sure the seeds don't fall in.
Don't forget to do both sides. There's nothing worse than half seasoned food.
Add extra sea salt or fresh ground pepper if needed, to taste.
Let it marinate in the fridge at least 15 mins.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and cook for 10-15 mins depending on your oven or when fish is cooked and softly flaky to the fork.
Yup! As easy at that! You can also spread some Yogurt Bites on the cooked fish for added deliciousness!
Enjoy!

I do wonder how these tips would change for someone using a pan instead of a grill but overall it felt clear and…
