Shipping Policy
We are located in Massachusetts and this is cold shipped with a combination of reusable ice packs and insulating materials to last during the transit. Please select the appropriate service based on your location. Priority Mail typically means 2 days transit time and Priority Mail Express means 1 day transit time.

We ship Monday - Wednesday; please allow a 1-2 day handling time from your order date. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. During the holidays, there could be a delay of up to 1 week to ship, so order early.

Important note: Please check the status of your order so that products can be received immediately upon arrival and transferred to the fridge as soon as possible. Our products that require refrigeration are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch or room temperature.
Return & Exchange Policy
