Lox and Bagels

A Heathy Start to Any Day


  • 4 Bagels (halved)

  • I Jar of Pariva Marinated Yogurt Bites, Za'atar

  • 4 ounces Smoked Salmon Lox

  • 4 teaspoons Capers (drained and rinse)

  • 1 Large Heirloom Tomato (sliced thinly)

  • 1 Small Red Onion (finely sliced)

Toast the Bagel slightly. Spread the Yogurt Bites on the warm Bagel. Sprinkle some of the oil with the herbs on top if you wish for additional flavor. You may use any flavor, we have used Za'atar here.

Assemble the Smoked Salmon on top of the yogurt, then tomato. Garnish with sliced onion and capers.

Sometimes I will add an easy salad with the yogurt bites and this will be brunch on a weekend afternoon.
