Scallops With Remaining Herbed Oil

One of the easiest, most delicious recipes, ever!

Ingredients


1 Jar of Pariva Rosemary and Garlic Yogurt Bites

1 Lb Fresh Scallops

Salt and Pepper to taste


Heat the left over herbed spiced oil of Pariva Rosemary and Garlic in a sauté pan on medium heat.

While pan is warming up, wash and drain scallops. Add scallops to pan. Saute for 2 mins or until the scallops are done to your taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.

It is that simple. A beautiful dinner main dish in literally under 5 mins. And it is so low in calories!
